“We need annual tracking of greenhouse gas emissions to know if we’re improving and winning the war against them and that’s the whole point of the CCC,” he emphasized.

“We want the CCC to give us scientific solutions to climate change and be relevant to our constituents,” he added, stressing how the CCC should make itself relevant to ordinary Filipinos, and not only focus on international compliance.
